Patented AC Minerals technology

December 2022 Asbeter received the patent PCT/EP2022/060577 for the breakthrough with its AC Minerals technology.
This patent is based on the invention to create an alkaline environment in which the asbestos fibers dissolve completely without the addition of chemicals.

April 2023, the verification of Asbeter's AC Minerals process was completed by the independent agency Det Norske Veritas. The verification confirms that Asbeter's process results in the complete dissolving of all asbestos fibres. This new standard of ZERO asbestos fibers in the end product is a global breakthrough: there is currently no asbestos treatment on the market that completely removes all asbestos fibres.

The next milestone was in June 2023, when Asbeter received the official End-of-waste declaration for its Calcium Silicate Hydrate (CSH) end products from the Environmental Protection Agency DCMR.
